Your estimated pool investment is designed to give you a realistic starting point based on the options you selected. It includes standard pool engineering along with a $5,000 allowance for plans, permits, and engineering.

Every property is different, and certain site-specific conditions can affect the final cost. These may include difficult or unexpected underground conditions, additional retaining or structural walls, waterproofing requirements, additional grading, unusual access conditions, specialized engineering, or permit requirements beyond the standard allowance.

The estimate is focused primarily on the swimming pool and the options selected in the calculator. It does not include decking or surrounding hardscape, site drainage, landscaping, or finishing/restoring areas outside of the swimming pool construction area. These additional items can absolutely be incorporated into your project and priced separately once we understand your property, design, and site conditions. This calculator is intended to provide a realistic preliminary investment range—not a final construction proposal. Final pricing is established after a site evaluation, design review, and confirmation of engineering and permitting requirements.
