This was a challenging project involving engineering a pool for the side of a hill. After interviewing 4 different companies I settled on Premier Pools because I felt they understood how to do it, and worked best with me on my vision for what I wanted. Brendan Wolpert was my project manager and overall I have been quite happy with his oversight. This is the 2nd pool I have had built, and no project ever goes exactly as planned. This one ran into it's challenges as well, but the most important thing for me is clear and timely communication of what is happening. Overall, Brendan did a good job of utilizing email, texts, phone, and voice mail to keep me informed of the progress. Patience is not always my best virtue, however, with the project finally completed, I can say that it turned out beautiful, and looks just as the first concept pictures did. I would have no hesitation in recommending Brendan, and Premier Pools for your project.

We've had our pool completed about a year ago by Premier Pools and was now comfortable giving a review. To start, Premier was amazing. Brendan was extremely personable and very easy to work with. He designed exactly what we wanted and in fact we liked his design so much more than the one we paid a landscape designer to create so we went off his design. We live in a heavily rocked area and knew the possibilities of running into rock during our excavation and when we did Brendan was first to assist us with finding the least painful way to resolve it and the least expensive way as well. We were very grateful because we were not expecting any assistance and were already resigned to taking the hit on the hefty extra charges from the excavator.
We were also thoroughly pleased with the tile setter we got. My mother, old-school asian mentioned how he was such a hard worker and a perfectionist. I don't remember his name but just remember his work ethic and always here early and last one to leave. I remember we were slightly delayed with pool completion because Brendan said he was really good and he wanted this individual to do our pool. He was worth waiting for and I am happy Brendan was looking out for us.

We highly recommend Premier Pools & Spas in Carlsbad! Very, very happy with our lap swimming pool and spa. From start to finish, the quality is definitely there. It's been over a year now since Premier completed our pool and spa and we are still very happy and enjoying both! We are definitely the envy of the neighborhood! JUST LOVE OUR WATERFALL that Brendan designed! It is the best white noise that masks all the neighbors' chatter and annoying music!
We just got tired of public pools (like lap swimming at the local fitness gym or at an association pool). We just wanted our own lap pool and very own private spa. We also wanted to design our very own mini-resort in our back yard. And Premier helped us fulfill that dream!
We worked with Brendan, Cindy, Jose, and Alfonso directly -- all very professional, friendly, and patient -- from the design of the pool all the way to the "finish" -- to our first jump into the pool! Brendan was always there to answer our questions and concerns -- as well as the rest of the of team! Man! The steel guys were impressive! Gave us confidence in the structural integrity of the pool that we just knew our pool was well-built!
The entire team is a very courteous and honest group of people -- one can easily see their dedication to wanting to make the customers happy! From the very start, Premier Pools had a very detailed contract of everything. So we knew exactly (every line item) of what we were getting. Any delays (such as rain) were explained upfront.
