San Elijo Hilltop - San Marcos

This client wanted a pool where they could swim laps but not take up the yard. They wanted the spa to be private from the neighbors and close to where the entertainment would be. We suggested to keep it close to the house because of a large amount of breeze comes through the yard and during the winter months you will want it close to the doors inside your home. This property had panoramic views facing the south with both great sunrise and sunset views!
